Returns

Misprints, damage, or defects

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your order. If we confirm the issue was due to an error on our part, we'll cover the costs.

Lost in transit

If a package is lost during shipping, please submit a claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If we confirm the issue was due to an error on our part, we'll cover the costs.

Address and delivery issues

Wrong address

To avoid delays, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility, and you'll be responsible for any reshipment costs once we've confirmed an updated address with you (where applicable).

Unclaimed shipments

If a shipment goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility, and you'll be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to you (where applicable).


Items we can't accept back

Sealed goods (health & hygiene)

For health and hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of sealed goods (for example, face masks). If sealed goods are returned, they won't be eligible for a return and will be disposed of.


Buyer's remorse

Most countries (including the UK)

Because our products are made to order, we don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse, except where stated below.

Brazil

If you live in Brazil and you change your mind, please contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving your item and include a photo of the item. We'll review the request to confirm whether the product was used or damaged (even partially). If it was, a refund won't be possible.


EU consumer notice

For EU consumers: under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

As a result, Aipparel reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.


Language and governing interpretation

This Policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided for any purpose.
