An additional digitization fee is applied for embroidered products. This is because each design needs to be converted into a special format for the embroidery machine.

The fee is applied once per embroidery type per design. For example, if you order 10 items with the same design, the fee will only be applied once.

However, if your product has both standard and unlimited colour embroidery, the fee will be applied twice. The fee typically ranges from £3 to £6 per embroidery type per design.

Bulk discounts are available on select products of 25 or more items. The discount is applied to the total order cost at checkout.

The discount ranges from 7% for orders of 25 or more items to 55% for orders of 500 or more items. Exact amounts are calculated at checkout.

Orders over £135 may be subject to customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order cost.

If you need to cancel your order, please use the "Cancel Order" button available in the order management page - accessible from the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note, as all items are made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been scheduled for production.

If the order has already been processed, you will be charged the full amount.
