An additional digitization fee is applied for embroidered products. This is because each design needs to be converted into a special format for the embroidery machine.

The fee is applied once per embroidery type per design. For example, if you order 10 items with the same design, the fee will only be applied once.

However, if your product has both standard and unlimited colour embroidery, the fee will be applied twice. The fee typically ranges from £3 to £6 per embroidery type per design.

Bulk discounts are available on select products of 25 or more items. Bulk discounts still apply for different sizes, colours, and even designs, as long as it is the same product.

Exact discounts are shown on the product page. If no discounts are shown, the product is not eligible for bulk discounts.

Orders over £135 may be subject to customs fees. If you are charged customs fees, please contact us at orders@aipparel.co.uk and we will cover the cost for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to automate this process at the moment.

If you need to cancel your order, please use the "Cancel Order" button available in the order management page - accessible from the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note, as all items are made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been scheduled for production.

If the order has already been processed, you will be charged the full amount.
